Squirrel Scramble
Squirrel Scramble is my very first completed game ever! I made it in 2 days while participating in FranklyFied & tiimo's Game Jam #26.
Guide your cyclopse player throughout the various levels whilst using your magic abilities to eliminate all the squirrels along the way
Controls
Mouse Pointer- Move around and guide your character
Space- Throw rocks at your target
Q - Utilise your first chosen ability
E - Utilise your second choses ability
Escape - Quit to main menu
Theming
You play as a cyclopse, fitting the theme of You are the Monster
The special object of this game jam was cards. So I implimented customizable magical cards that grant the player special abilities.
My game does NOT condone violence against animals, these are ficticious squirrels and are not being hurt :)

Ok, it is full, yes, it is a game, it is completed. Yes, honest congratulations. The gameplay is ok, there are 3 levels, there is a win screen. It’s all there :).
It is difficult for me to understand the motivations of the character but I enjoyed throwing rocks to the poor squirrels but I keep doing it :)
I recorded my play session using Playcocola hope it is helpful for you:
I love the game.
Love the game brad, can I take the squirrels home with me?
It was interesting to play this game, I just read that you made this game in only two days which is very impressive :) I have recorded and published gameplay on my little (hobby) youtube channel. I hope you are ok with this?
I see you found the 2 major bugs haha. Other than that you play the game exactly how I do and exactly how I intended, even using your cards in the same spots as me. Thanks for the feedback!
this was so fun to play :)) i think the wind up time is good for balancing reasons and that combined with the one-use abilities is a nice mechanic that changes the way you play
Just finished with 55.33
Multithrow + speed
lmk your fastest time, mine's 56secs. using the time and instakill cards
